Basic principles of use.
A person goes to a website with the intention of causing havoc. The program forces them to supply Chat-ID this cannot be changed very easy. They then abuse the website. Site admin blocks the person with a method given to them through the Chat-ID developer. No matter what the user does they cannot access that site or any other site that runs Chat identification (only if the same user is flagged by 3 websites for similar offences will they be banned from all sites).
There will be an official database of all users who abuse websites. This will let website owners know of people who could abuse the site.
There is a possibility that this software could be abused by website owners. Which is why website owners must enrol themselves in another official database and there will be an approval process which they must go through if they don’t want users to be bothered by alerts when a website is using the software.
The software for website owners is nothing but a development package to help them develop html, php and database code which works with the user software meaning implementing it into even the most complex systems will be easy.
